International policy

The globalization of economies and the development of business activities abroad make it vital to add an international dimension to the training given to our future engineers.

Foreign languages are an integral part of a student's programme here. They are required to study at least 2 foreign languages and have a good level of English. The Languages and Communications Department offers classes in over 10 different languages.

Supélec's international connections reflect its determination to apply its international policy. Supélec is an active member of the European TIME network. Two double degree programmes with the Technical Universities of Darmstadt and Munich receive support from the Université Franco Allemande. We have also established many bilateral exchange agreements throughout the world and participate in the n+i programme. Supélec thus offers a wide variety of opportunities for students to enjoy the rewarding experience of a study period abroad.
