This course is designed to provide a general background in the methods of doing business internationally and to give seminar participants the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the practical skills employed by business people and attorneys in negociating, drafting and revising international contracts.
Although emphasis will be placed on the legal environment, case studies and factual hypotheses will be used to replace the more traditional methods of presenting and analysing legal problems.
